Founder of Western Store & Traveling Western Events

Bill Dewbre is a man with many titles. He is the former owner of Wild Bill’s Western Store. He has been called by many The Ambassador of the City of Dallas. His rugged cowboy spirit and untamed heart have made him known to many in the state of Texas as “Wild Bill”. As a rumbustious young boy he grew up in the DFW area refining his skills in the western goods and leather industry. After he willingly served his time fighting for our country in Vietnam, he came back to his roots and started his first business in Dallas with $10 in his pocket and a prayer in his heart. Since then, he has confidently established a reputable western store of 45 years, recognized as one of the top must-see attractions in Dallas. He has received many accolades from ATF, CMA, DC&VB, MPI, and many others. Bill and his staff are also proud to be the wardrobe supplier for numerous movies and television series such as Walker Texas Ranger, and networks like TNT, to name a few. When Bill discovered a high demand for Western items in the special event and corporate party industries, he knew it was his duty to fulfill. Bill and his staff have been privileged to present quality boots, hats, belts, buckles, and other Western items around the globe to VIP guests of companies like National Geographic, Google, Twitter, Disney, Fox Sports, BMW, Hewlett-Packard, and many more. Many of Wild Bill’s employees have stood by Bill for over 15 years. They are Bill’s extended family and share the same passion and spirit for which cowboys, cowgirls, and Western heroes are known with anyone who comes in their path. Bill always says, “A stranger is just a friend you haven’t met yet.” So come on in and meet your new friends.
